- Scope was to audit the operational planning and commercial modeling of a series of traditional tours proposed to be introduced by a 3rd party operator on Sir Bani Yas Island and development of the contractural framework for the tours
- Tours proposed included pearl diving, traditional fishing and an eco-tour with the construction of a replica, living history traditional fishing village
- Tours started in 2014
- Key achievements were
- the simplification of the number of tours and nature of the offer using phasing
- a significant reduction in the risk profile of the tours and consequently the level of initial operating subsidy required
- considerable enhancement of the organization structure behind delivery and marketing of the tours
