- 186 hectare site on the edge of a mountain range as part of a much larger mixed-use development
- Scope is to act as the leisure advisor for the concept, feasibility study and project planning review of a preliminary masterplan developed for the site by AECOM
- Components include resort hotels, a full range of professional and amateur sports facilities, and a wide range of cultural, educational and recreational attractions, including museums, a zoo and an amusement park
- Estimated project cost US$ 1.5 billion
- Key achievements include refining the concept to connect to the unique DNA of the location, and revising the focus and phasing to improve the commercial viability of the development
